Tshegofatso Morifi is a Business Development Analyst with a strong foundation in Economics and Accounting, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment Management. She began her journey at All Weather Capital as a Graduate Trainee, gaining hands-on experience in equity research and investment strategy. In her current role, she supports strategic initiatives and due diligence processes, bringing strong analytical insight and a passion for long-term, inclusive value creation.
