Njabulo joined All Weather Capital as part of the Graduate skills transfer programme offered and has a post Grad Diploma in Finance, Banking & Investment Management. He has supplemented his passion for ESG by qualifying for various ESG certifications while he was a part of our Graduate programme. The courses include an ESG certificate from Bloomberg; Environmental, Social and Governance Specialisation from Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) as well as a Corporate ESG and sustainability-101 level masterclass from Udemy.
