John Oliphant is a highly respected investment professional and entrepreneur with over twenty years of experience across asset management, private markets, infrastructure, property, and institutional investing. He is also a Director of All Weather Capital, contributing extensive expertise in portfolio construction, capital allocation, and long-term investment strategy. Previously, John served as Principal Executive Officer of the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), Africa’s largest pension fund. A recognised leader in responsible investing, he has helped shape industry best practice while building successful investment businesses across the sector. John holds a BSc in Actuarial Science, a BSc (Hons) in Advanced Mathematics of Finance, and an MSc in Finance and Economic Policy.
