Barbara brings over three decades of experience in financial services, asset management and compliance, having held senior positions at Deloitte & Touche, UCT, Kagiso Securities, Silkroad Fund Managers, VCG Investments and VCG Flexidrive. Her expertise spans financial reporting, modelling, trading, and regulatory compliance. Appointed non-executive director of All Weather Capital in 2019, she now serves as Chairperson, providing strategic oversight and technical knowledge to guide the company’s growth and governance.
